You can permanently delete your Anti-Scam Shield account and associated data from Settings & Privacy inside the app.

What gets deleted

  • Account information
  • Scan history
  • Uploaded photos
  • Uploaded files and documents
  • Saved scam-analysis results
  • Other data associated with the account

Some information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or financial recordkeeping. Any retained information must be limited to what is necessary and deleted when the required retention period ends.
